Shortnose Crank Failure - 10/18/2006

The engine I was so proud of that I had bought from MazMax suffered a shortnose crank failure and left me stranded in Lafayette Louisiana.
Turns out the engine was put together very poorly by the incompetent techs at MazMax, and to add insult to injury, the engine had suffered oil-starvation by it's previous owner!
The bearings, crank, block, and pistons were all scored and damaged.
So I was running around on a lame-duck engine.
